Elevator Expeditor’s Inc. is a licensed expediting service company that works hand in hand with the NYC Department of Buildings to maintain a constant compliance for all elevator issues such as elevator violation dismissals, filings of elevator applications and performing the required elevator testing.

The President of Elevator Expeditor’s Inc. started out as a sole Code Compliance Manager for a major NYC elevator company. His duties included clearing all Department of Building issues & keeping up to date with all the city codes. He has knowledge of the up to date elevator codes such as the ASME/ANSI A17.1 & the NYC RS 18 codes for elevators and escalators. Through his years of experience, he has earned a trusting relationship with various city workers involved in the municipal approval process. He maintains an excellent rapport and meets weekly with the chief elevator inspectors & technical inspectors for the NYC Department of Buildings.
